Your NDA draft

The generator saves your draft in your browser’s local storage so you can close the tab and come back. It never leaves your device unless you use an AI feature. The PDF and Word files are built in your browser.

AI features

“Draft with AI” sends only the description you typed and the template type. The NDA review sends the text you paste and your role; the Q&A sends your question. These go to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to produce the answer and are not stored by NDAForge. Short-lived request logs (for rate limiting and errors) may be kept by our host, Vercel.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool, to count page views. It doesn’t see anything you type into the forms.
